The first PUMA bike although quite pretty in a design scenes is a piece of shit as a city commuter. The folding mechanism is very badly executed and renders it useless for any type of train/bus urban commuting as you see others doing. I would think Biomega in all their hipster hype would produce something more user friendly. The frame geometry is a carbon copy of a BMX cruiser and feels jump-worthy as soon as you get on, but after riding around for 5 minutes you notice the flimsy folding frame flexing all over the place - If you even thought about the smallest "urban" stairs, curb, or gap the bike would implode on impact. As for these new rides... the fixie is probably the best looking ride. That 20" beast desperately needs a banana seat and a sissy bar, maybe they will do it as a retro-fit add on.
